Achill Island Residency, Ireland

I’m so pleased to say I’ve been accepted as a Writer in Residence at The Heinrich Boll Cottage on Achill Island in Autumn 2022. Achill Island is one of my favourite places in the world, out on the Western coast of Ireland. Last time I was there I saw orcas. I’m looking forward to it so much. My vision is writing, walk, writing, lunch (chowder? mussels?), writing and supper with half a Guinness in the village pub every day for a fortnight. HEAVEN.
